This Pharmacy Times interview (both in video and written form) with Anthony Pudlo, PharmD, MBA, the executive director of the Tennessee Pharmacists Association, touches on a number of issues facing pharmacists in the post-pandemic world. The privileges extended to pharmacists during the pandemic are set to expire, and community health could suffer. Pudlo discusses the promising possibilities of provider status, as well as the different ways pharmacists and their patients could be impacted if these privileges are allowed to expire without a system in place to continue that care.
